Pressyys Application Tips & How To Apply/Remove

Here are some additional steps you can take to reinforce the adhesive or glue of your press-on nails:

Nail Size Chart: Indicated on each nail is a corresponding number (size). Please record this number on the size chart included in your order. Matching the precise nail number to the corresponding nail that fits will simplify the application process and avoid any confusion when choosing the nails..

Apply Pressure from the Base: When applying the press-on nails, start by firmly pressing from the base of the nail and gradually work towards the tip. This helps prevent air bubbles and ensures even adhesion.

Avoid Water Contact: Try to avoid water contact for the first few hours after applying the nails. This allows the glue time to fully cure and optimize adhesion. BONUS TIP: It's better to apply your press-on nails before bedtime. This gives the glue time to bond properly while you sleep.

Protection During Activities: Wear gloves during household chores or other activities where your nails may get damaged. This helps prolong the lifespan of your press-on nails.

Lifestyle: opt for shorter nails if you have an active lifestyle or frequently work with your hands. This reduces the risk of damage and lifting.

Cuticle Care: Regularly moisturize your cuticles with oil or cream to maintain the health of your natural nails and prolong the lifespan of your press-on nails.

REUSE

If you fail to adhere to the rules and your nails come into contact with moisture, there is a greater chance that they will not stay in place. But don't worry! If they come off, there is extra glue in the package. If you use that glue to reuse the nails, remember the following:

Double Layer of Glue: A clean nail plate provides better adhesion, so make sure to prep the nail first, using the exact same steps used for initial application. Apply a layer of glue to both your natural nails and the press-on nails before applying them. Make sure to use enough glue.

Even though chances are slim, try to keep a spare tube of glue in your bag or wallet in case a nail comes loose and you want to quickly reattach it.
