Refund policy

Returns 

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email us at info@pressyy.nl. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
